Unleashing Innovation in the Workplace Using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY

On September 25th 2009, around 20 people gathered at the National Theatre in London for a unique demonstration of how the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ approach can unleash innovation in the workplace.
Faciliated by Denise Meyerson and Jim Paton, this PLAY4Business event gave small groups the opportunity to apply a three-dimensional creative problem solving approach to a real business challenge. In just over 90 minutes, participants went through a series of exercises ranging from a fun warm-up to the articulation of their problem statement using LEGO bricks, and the creation of a shared group solution to their chosen challenge. Participants experienced just how quickly new ideas can come together when you think with your hands!
