Invenzyme was founded by
Jim Paton, a consultant with deep knowledge of the low cost airline business model, crew resource planning, network planning and scheduling. Jim previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior consultant and was a senior executive at easyJet and at Spanair. He holds an MBA from Stanford University, and is a certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator, as well as a fluent French-speaker. Email

Scott Derbyshire joined Invenzyme from aviation consulting firm SH&E, where he was a senior manager. Scott has broad airline operations experience, having formerly worked in crew planning/operations at Qantas and easyJet. He also headed up resource planning for BAA at Heathrow, and has consulted with a variety of airlines in Europe, Africa and the Middle East including CHC Helicopters in Scotland, nasair in Saudi Arabia, and Peach in Japan. Dr Jim Paton Snr acts as Company Secretary and is a Principal Consultant. He has extensive experience in the areas of marketing management, operations management, change management, business strategy and business development, along with detailed knowledge of the petrochemicals industry. Jim Snr is a certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator and currently also lectures in business studies at the Ecole de Management, Lyon, and the Geneva Business School (Previously Business & Management University) in Geneva, Switzerland.
