Invenzyme Associate Sean Riches led the People Workstream of a major change initiative at Heathrow Airport, covering organisation design, staff communications and training, delivering an entirely new Operations Planning function of 180 people over 3 locations. Invenzyme Principal Associate Jim Paton and Associate Hemant Desai delivered an organisational coherence programme at easyJet to support the airline's growth.
